What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Debit cards, Credit Cards, Bank transfers and payments for goods and services via our online portal. If you are unable to transfer funds via our online services, you now have the option to send cash via registered post or in person.

How long will it take for my items to arrive??

The length of time your order will take to deliver is dependent on your location, Country and if the item you have selected is Hand-made/Pre-made and in stock.

At the moment we are in the process of working out the logistics of shipping items to customers. 

If I don't want an item can I just donate?

Yes, absolutely. You do not have to purchase anything from our website, however, If you wish to contribute and help with the operational costs we would greatly appreciate it!

My item has arrived and I do not like it, do you accept returns?

Yes!

We accept returns of items that were damaged during transit however due to us being a charity we do not expect costumers to change their minds knowing the additional costs involved in returning and exchanging. 

How does buying an item impact the charity?

Your donations impact the charity in various ways, this includes;

- Paying  Members of Staff

- Buying Educational Resources

- Funding Community Projects

- Maintaining School Ground

- Building a new Classroom every year

And offering teachers In Service training.

 

How do I return an item I have purchased?

We will in future offer a refund process to items you have purchased. 

Are the items in the UK or in Uganda?

The items will be shipped from the the UK, however we are still in the process of working out the logistics. 

Who profits from the item's being sold?

The Children. 

The children profit the most from everything that we do here at Noah's Ark Charity. All proceeds goes back into the day to day running of the school. 

Do you ship to countries outside the UK?

Yes! We hope to ship to Europe, The United States and eventually to the rest of the world.

My item has not arrived, How do I get help?

I ordered something accidently, what do I do?

You will have 24 hours before we ship out the order.
